Ford Falcon Launch

The brief was simple but the execution had to be flawless... 450 photos to be printed onsite swiftly and placed inside branded frames within the hour and ready to be collected before guests left and to do it with ease.

Earlier this year, Ford launch the new series of Falcon vehicles. The night before the official launch VIPs were invited to a secret dinner. Hundreds of guests were bused into the secret location with windows blacked out and dark tunnel path to follow where they were met by 4 Event Photos staff ready to have their picture taken. Each photographer was supplied with a coloured card to give to guests as they had their picture taken and as each couple was photographed, they were then welcomed into the main room where the launch would happen.

Once all guests had arrived the photos were printed on our onsite photo printers and placed in their coloured groups. As the photos came out they were simultaneously placed into frames to be handed back to the guests. In less then one hour, the photos were printed, framed and displayed on tables waiting for guests to pick them up.

This was a very special and secret occasion where even VIPs were not allowed to bring mobile phones into the venue at the risk of any photos of cars leaking into the public (until the official launch date anyway).
