What is Sport & Event Photos?
Sport and Event Photos provide professional sport and event photography services throughout Australia & New available in New Zealand. Event Photos can also offer many traditional photography services such as photo journalism, portraits, model portfolios and commercial through their partners at Brisbane Photography. Event Photos focuses on memorable occasions such as corporate functions, reunions, school formals, sporting events and more. Photos from the day can be made available on the day of the event and also available on the Event Photos website where event hosts and guests can view and share the photos.

What types of events do you photograph?
We photograph all types of events occasions including: corporate & private parties, corporate functions, tradeshows, conferences, awards dinners, reunions, formals, fundraisers, sporting events, teams and individuals and much more.

We have photographers Australia Wide for any sized events. We can also cater for events overseas.

What are your Terms & Conditions?
Sport & Event Photos requires a 50% deposit payable upon all confirmations prior to your event.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will be charged 25% of the quoted amount plus any out of pocket expenses incurred by Sport & Event Photos. The remaining balance from the initial deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the quoted amount plus any out of pocket expenses incurred by Sport & Event Photos. .
If the Event is postponed due to unforseen circumstances the 50% deposit will be retained until the Event is rebooked in the future.

How much advance notice is needed to book an event?
Event Photos requires ten working days notice prior to the event. However, if you are unable to provide ten working days notice, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I get a quote before booking you for our event?
You can request a FREE quotation by filling out the online quotation form on our website. For general enquires please refer to our contact page.

What services do you provide and how much do you charge?
We offer a variety of digital services outside of sport and event photography including digital photo enhancement, on-site printing and customisation of your photographic displays. Our rates are competitive and we strive to meet your needs. Don't forget to let us know if you have a budget in mind so we can provide a package that will best suit your event.

When will the pictures from my event be online?
Pictures from your event will be available for viewing, sharing and purchase as soon as possible, usually within three working days.

How can I find my pictures?
The photos from the event will be put on our gallery and the direct link can be found on the drop down menu on our homepage or in our gallery listings.

Are my pictures available for public viewing?
Your photos are viewable to the public unless it has been requested to have password protection, in which case a password is required to view them.

How long will my event photos be online for viewing and purchasing?
Your photos will be hosted on our site for 3 months from the date of the event. Unless the event organiser has requested an extended period.

What does it mean by the gallery has expired?
The online galleries are hosted on our site for 3 months. After that, they are taken down because they take up room on our server. In some cases we can re-upload them for you.

How do I get the payment details?
When you order photos from our online system, you will have the option to pay by Credit Card, Cheque/Money Order or Direct Deposit.
If you select Credit Card / PayPal, you will be automatically sent through our PayPal gateway to enter in your Credit Card details. An e-mail is then sent to us to notify us of the payment and we will process your order.

Can I pay using PayPal?
If you have a an existing PayPal account then you may purchase photos using your account by selecting Credit Card / PayPal option when submitting your order.

Can I pay using a Credit Card?
When you order photos from our online system, you will have the option to pay by Credit Card through PayPal. Select Credit Card / PayPal and you will be automatically sent through our PayPal gateway to enter in your Credit Card details.

How long until I receive my photos?
Photos may take up to 3-4 weeks once you have submitted your order online.

Can I get a digital version of a photo?
Digital copies will may only be sent in a low resolution format after a print has been purchased and is limited to personal use only. Images provided under the Limited Personal Use program (i.e. personal website, team slide show, blog, etc.) are for non-commercial use only and must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Credit is given to EventPhotos.com.au
2. The photo is not altered in any way.
3. On web pages, a link to www.eventphotos.com.au is provided.
4. Under no condition may the pictures be used to promote or be associated with pornographic or gambling related materials.
5. The pictures may not be used to promote or be associated with performance enhancing or illegal drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or any other addictive substance.
6. Sport And Event Photos reserves the right to change this notice at any time.
7. Sport And Event Photos reserves the right to deny usage of the images to individual persons or entities if we deem such usage not to be in the best interests of Sport And Event Photos.
Please note that photographs for limited personal use may not be immediately available. Please allow Sport And Event Photos time for the images to be retrieved and re-packaged and sent to you by email.
