The Showcase Awards for Excellence in Schools gives Queensland State Schools the chance to shine in the spotlight and the opportunity to share in more than $370 000 in development grants. Education and Training Minister Geoff Wilson congratulated the nine winners on their success at the 2010 Showcase Awards for Excellence in Schools gala dinner at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Before the event our photographers capture the venue setup and room atmosphere. The event starts with a VIP pre-dinner event and pre-dinner drinks for remaining guests where we are required to cover social photographs with names being required to be noted for Media purposes. As doors open we had 3 photographers in the main room capturing guests expressions and more social photos in the room.
