Most people fear at the thought of seeing the dentist, well imagine seeing 5,000 dentists! We spent 5 days at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) in early April to cover the 34th Australia Dental Congress and Exhibition, covering not only the plenary sessions, exhibitions but also the social events.

 

The theme of the congress was “Back to the Future” so it began with a great Welcome Reception by flying back in time in the Delorean and picking up Buddy Holly and the band.

The social activities also didn’t disappoint as the electrifying Maske Trio performed at Cloudland, and also a special lunch with Li Cunxin, Mao’s Last Dancer.

With 3 sessions running at any one time across several rooms we had to be on the ball, making sure all speakers were photographed. We were able to supply up 3 photographers over the 5 days to meet the client’s requirements as well as keeping within their budget.
