Abbott Conference by Tour Hosts
Tour Hosts were hosting the 2007 Abbott Conference on the Gold Coast which ran over 3 days and had required a photographer to capture various events. The activities ranged from group exercises, seminars, a private visit to Sea World, dinner & awards and sailing on the Southport Seaway.Sport & Event Photos worked alongside with the videographer from VMP (www.vmp.com.au) to capture special moments during the 3 day conference and the images were to be used at the end of the DVD given to each guest at the end of the event.
We were able to photograph the different teams aboard 11 sailing boats provided by Sentinal Sailing with additional photographers available on hand as requested by the event organisers. These images captured the fun relaxing moments sailing up the river as well as the not so fun moments of being stuck on a sand bar.
During the event, Sport & Event Photos were also requested to provide images on the spot to use during presentations. We were able to provide the images minutes after they were taken using a USB key, providing a quick turn around with little hassle.
Tour Hosts had also requested a group photograph to be taken during the Sea World visit and prints to be ready for collection for the next day. By processing the group photo on location and sending it to the print lab for printing that night we were able to deliver 125 prints, laminated to all guests to take home. The photograph was also given a special border and conference logo to further enhance the happy memories the guests enjoyed during the conference.
